marian freistühler is moved by the moving image. he writes/directs and produces (short) films. his debut Die geheimnisvollen Inseln (2021, 23’) was screened at festivals in clermont-ferrand, hof, dresden, berlin, leeds and tel-aviv, among others. in may 2024, his first mini-series BRÜT was released. marian recently finalized his new short Future Wives and Future Husbands (2026, 19’) and currently writes on his first feature TALENT (WT).
